While we are sorry that you have to incur this additional cost as an international customer, we cannot predict, assess, or attempt to get around customs fees.
While it is not guaranteed that our country will assess a customs fee in addition to the purchase price of the products it is 100% the responsibility of the customer to pay for these fees if assessed.
We DO NOT mark any orders as a gift or sample to get around customs for any shipments. Please do not ask us to do so because we will link you directly to this FAQ question.
An additional note about what happens if you choose to reject the package because you don’t want to pay the customs fees or its never picked up/claimed period:
If your shipment is returned to us for non-payment of customs fees, incorrect address, or refusal for ANY reason by the customer we will only assess a refund for it after:
1) product has physically returned to our facility and an inventory of quantities and potential damage can be taken.
2) (if applicable) we calculate and deduct the cost of any missing, damaged, or expired products in your shipment.
We will also assess an automatic deduction of a $15 restocking and admin fee for all returned or rejected international shipments. EVEN IF IT HAS TO IMMEDIATELY BE RE-SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. NO EXCEPTIONS due to how admin intensive an international order is on all fronts.
